We engaged WD Consulting to improve our cultivation strategy for a 5K greenhouse in Northern California. Given Tucker’s extensive growing background, he was able to quickly create and help us execute a new production plan that allowed us to grow in a much more consistent manner while also increasing our yields by more than 20% and maintaining the quality of our flower. Tucker provided us with high-level insight but also was available on a day-to-day basis to help us implement his production plan and problem-solve questions as they arose. In my experience, finding consultants who can balance these deliverables is challenging and WD Consulting is the exception to this rule. Tucker not only helped us get our cultivation on-track but he also was a significant part of Boonville Farm becoming a financially sustainable business.
